2. Services
We provide weekly, biweekly, and twice-weekly dog waste removal, yard deodorizing, HOA and commercial property maintenance, and one-time cleanup services.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Submitting our form is a service request — we'll confirm your schedule by phone or text. You don't need to be home during service. Ensure yard access on your scheduled day. Blocked access may result in a skipped visit without refund.
4. Billing and Payment
Recurring services are billed monthly via autopay through Stripe on the 1st of each month. By providing payment info you authorize these charges. Pricing is as listed on our website. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime with no fee. We require 14 days written notice before your next billing date to avoid the following month's charge. Email [email protected] or text 561-956-1018 to cancel.
6. Free Trial
New customers may receive a free first week subject to route availability. Standard billing begins after the free trial period ends.
7. SMS Consent
By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS and calls from The Scoop Dudes LLC regarding your service, scheduling, and billing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
8. Property Access and Safety
Please secure aggressive dogs before our arrival. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage. We will notify you of any gate or access issues after each visit.
9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission and The Scoop Dudes LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions.
10. Age Restriction
Our services and SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By submitting your information and consenting to receive SMS messages you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
11 Satisfaction Guarantee
Not satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-service your yard at no charge.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
